Every organization faces a moment when the old ways of finding and developing talent no longer keep pace with what the future demands.
At New Dawn Strategy Group, we help companies and universities meet that moment with clarity, purpose, and intention, designing early-career strategies that bridge bold ideas with measurable outcomes.
New Dawn Strategy Group was founded by Dawn Carter, a global leader in university recruiting and early-career talent strategy with more than two decades of experience shaping inclusive, scalable programs for some of the world’s most innovative companies.
After years of leading high-impact teams in corporate talent acquisition, Dawn launched New Dawn Strategy Group with a simple belief: the future of work depends on how we invest in the next generation. Today, the firm partners with organizations and higher education institutions to build early-career, internship, and apprenticeship programs that reflect both business goals and human potential.
We bring a human-centered design mindset to every engagement—balancing data, empathy, and creativity to uncover what truly drives success.

Our work is grounded in three core principles:
Intentional Design
We don’t believe in templates. Every solution is crafted to fit your culture, needs, and vision.

Strategic Insight
We use diagnostics and data storytelling to connect people strategy to business outcomes.

Sustainable Impact
We build solutions that grow with your organization, not quick fixes that fade.

Whether you need to assess your current program, align your team, or design something entirely new, we help you move from ideas to execution with confidence and clarity.
We partner with:
-
Organizations reimagining their early-career, internship, or apprenticeship programs.
-
Universities and career centers looking to strengthen employer partnerships and student outcomes.
-
Leaders in Talent, HR, and University Relations ready to evolve their approach and drive measurable impact.
What sets us apart is our ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and soul—blending the structure of consulting with the empathy of coaching.
We’ve been in your seat.
We know the challenges of aligning stakeholders, navigating change, and proving impact. Our perspective combines real-world experience, design-thinking methodology, and a deep passion for helping organizations grow through their people.
Our Reach
Based in the U.S. with a global network of collaborators, New Dawn Strategy Group partners with clients across industries, from tech to finance, education to manufacturing, wherever organizations seek to build the next generation of talent. (ADD other industries)
